We accept electronic payments as well as mail-in payments. Electronic payments are processed through Paypal (www.paypal.com). To pay electronically, please use the payment buttons, but do not fill in this form. You will be asked for a shipping address, which is your registration address, and for payment/billing information separately. To use the mail-in option, please print this form, fill it out and submit it along with your check or credit card information.

Conference rates

(One banquet ticket is included with each registration except one-day registrations.
Proceedings do not come with one-day registrations and student registrations.)
